How to submit a support request?

If you have some problems with our themes or you have found some bugs or you have any questions, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you.

Sign in with your Envato account (ThemeForest account)

To submit a support request (so-called "ticket"), first you need to sign in to our support system. It's very easy, you can do it with one click: to sign in you can use your Envato account (e.g. ThemeForest account).

  1. Click the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the page.
  2. You will be redirected to the Envato website, where you can log in to your Envato account (the one which was used to purchase our theme).
  3. After doing this, you will be redirected back to our support system.
  4. And that's all, you are signed in. Now you can submit a ticket.

Before submitting a ticket

Before submitting a ticket, make sure to check the User Guide provided with the theme. The documentation was created to help you quickly configure the theme – please read it carefully, it will help you eliminate most of potential problems with incorrect configuration. Often, re-reading the instructions can help you get to the bottom of your problem.

Submit a ticket

To submit a ticket, click the "Submit a request" link and provide all information about the issue. We will respond as soon as possible.

We try our best to monitor the tickets around the clock, however, this is not always possible due to different timezones. Usually we reply within 24 – 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

    Hello, Is the Ultimo theme compatible with Magento CE 2.1.3?
